  • Social Media Drains Our Mental Health

    Now more than ever we have to speak up and speak out for our world. Our family. But we also need to remember that sometimes we have to step away from the computer. We have to go out and have fun with our friends because the first thing I learned in therapy is that social media is not good for our mental health. It’s one of the main things encouraged to take a break from ultimately so I see the irony of posting this on social media. However, we do need breaks. We have the right to a break every now and then. We cannot build resentment toward this fight. We must be there for one another. We must love each other unconditionally.
